Cookie Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser technologies that ORILEAD, a service of ORISMOS (Orismos Digital Marketing), actually uses on its website and in the application. It lists only technologies that are really in use. Fonts used by ORILEAD are served locally by the application, so no request is made to a third-party font provider.
How consent works
Strictly necessary technologies are always active, because the website and your account cannot work without them.
Analytics and marketing technologies are switched off by default. They are loaded only after you allow the relevant category. Until you choose, no Google Analytics script and no Meta Pixel script is loaded and no analytics or advertising cookie is created.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Withdrawing is as easy as giving consent.
Strictly necessary
Always active. No consent is required for these.
- Sign-in and session
- First-party cookies and browser storage that keep you signed in to your ORILEAD workspace and protect the session. Set only when you use an account.
- Consent record (orilead_consent)
- A first-party cookie storing your cookie choice, the time it was given and the policy version. Valid for six months.
- Stripe (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid)
- Set by Stripe on the checkout and billing portal pages only, for payment fraud prevention. Provider: Stripe.
Preferences
First-party settings stored in your own browser so the interface matches your choices. They contain no identifiers and are not used to track you across sites.
- Language
- Your chosen interface language, stored in browser storage and mirrored in a cookie so the correct language is served on the first page.
- Currency
- The currency used to display indicative prices. Billing is always in EUR.
- Theme
- Light or dark appearance of the console.
- sidebar_state
- Whether the console sidebar is expanded or collapsed.
Analytics — only after your consent
Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4). Purpose: to measure how many people visit the website, which pages they use and how they arrived, so we can improve it.
Cookies and identifiers: _ga and _ga_<property> (and, if set by Google, _gid). They are created only after you allow the analytics category, and never before.
If you withdraw analytics consent, we stop sending analytics events immediately and remove the Google Analytics cookies we can access from your browser.
Marketing — only after your consent
Provider: Meta (Meta Pixel, fbevents.js). Purpose: to measure the results of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to show relevant ads.
Cookies and identifiers: _fbp (and _fbc where a click identifier is present). The Pixel script is not loaded at all until you allow the marketing category, so no page view or other browser event is sent before then.
First-touch campaign attribution: when marketing is allowed, we store the campaign parameters of your first visit (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term, landing page, referrer) in your browser's session storage under orilead_attribution, so that a demo or trial request can be attributed to the campaign it came from. It is cleared when you close the browser or withdraw consent.
If you withdraw marketing consent, we stop sending Pixel events and remove the Meta cookies and the attribution entry we can access from your browser.
Server-side lead processing is not browser tracking
ORILEAD customers connect their own Meta Lead Ads accounts so that leads submitted on their ad forms reach their sales team. That processing happens between ORILEAD's servers and Meta and does not use cookies in your browser. It is described in the Privacy Policy, not here.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” in the footer of any public page to reopen the preferences panel and enable or disable analytics and marketing independently. You can also delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
