ORILEAD ("the Service") is a private business tool operated by Orismos Digital Marketing on behalf of its clients. It receives and manages sales leads submitted by users through Meta (Facebook / Instagram) Lead Ads forms.

Data we process

When a person submits a Meta Lead Ad form, we receive the fields that person chose to provide — typically full name, email address, phone number, company and any custom form answers — together with metadata about the campaign, ad and form.

Why we process it

The data is used solely so that the client's sales team can contact the person about the product or service they enquired about, and to measure campaign performance. Aggregated, non-identifying conversion signals may be sent back to Meta through the Conversions API to optimise advertising.

Storage and access

Lead data is stored in an access-controlled database. Only authenticated members of the client's team can view leads, and access is restricted to the campaigns each member is assigned to. We do not sell, rent or share lead data with third parties.

Retention

Lead records are retained for as long as needed for the sales process and legal obligations, and are deleted on request.
